What are ND / PL filters?
Neutral Density (ND) and polarizing (PL) drone camera filters are intended to reduce and/or filter the amount of light entering the camera. When ND / PL filters are applied correctly they give richer colors and greater contrast (like clouds against a clear sky). Videos become smoother and more cinematic by optimizing shutter speed in combination with recording speed (frames per second). Lens filters also protect your camera lens from scratches and dust.

ND4 filter
ND4 reduces the light by 1/4. An ND4 filter can reduce light by 2 stops, allowing you to slow down the shutter speed from 1/100s to 1/25s.
