Why do you need a DJI Mavic Air 2 ND32 filter?

The Freewell Gear ND32/PL filter is an excellent way to reduce your camera’s shutter speed by 5 f-stops, effectively slowing down the shutter speed. This helps to capture sharp and vibrantly colourful images, in the brightest sunlit conditions. This filter also allows you to capture the coveted ‘motion blur’ effect which gives your footage a truly cinematic look, apart from protecting your images from unwanted glare from natural light-reflecting surfaces.

What are ND/PL filters?

Neutral Density (ND) and Polarizing (PL) drone camera filters are designed to reduce and/or filter the amount of light entering your camera. When applied correctly, ND/PL filters produce richer colors and greater contrast (like clouds against a clear sky). Videos become smoother and more cinematic by optimizing shutter speed in combination with capture rate (frames per second). Lens filters also protect your camera lens from scratches and dust.
