Dronekenner.nl is an online webshop, for and by drone enthusiasts, specialized in DJI products, with the motto: knowledge makes the difference! We know our products, are happy to give you honest advice and also help you after the sale with any questions and problems.

Our Drone Expert is always ready for you with practical knowledge and experience. As drone enthusiasts, we understand very well how fun and exciting it is to purchase a (first) drone and we have often been in your shoes in the past.

That is why we take great care of your customer experience, armed with knowledge and experience, and strive for you to be nothing less than completely satisfied. We are happy to speak to you by phone, e-mail or chat and give free and non-binding personal advice if you ask for it, based on our own experiences with the products. And if we don't know? Then we will find out!

We also offer professional, tailor-made services for professionals who have known for a long time what they want, such as VAT invoices (for example for our Belgian customers), payment on account (in consultation) and advantageous offers for cutting-edge new DJI products for professional use.

Our webshop has been put together with great care so that you can safely and reliably leave your purchase to us. As proof of this, we are allowed to carry not one but two independent quality marks: Thuiswinkel Waarbog and Stichting Webshop Keurmerk . Both quality marks require a high standard when it comes to protecting (online) customers and the reliability of transactions. After carrying out security tests, audits and various other checks, both quality marks were very satisfied and we received a certificate with a feather!

Excellent service starts with good accessibility and that is why we are ready as much as possible to answer your questions by phone, e-mail and live chat. Usually you have an answer very quickly. And once the purchase has been concluded, we do not take our hands off it. We always try to communicate proactively and do not wait for you to ring the bell. Sometimes something does go wrong (we are only human too) we solve this quickly and adequately with a healthy dose of sense of responsibility.

    DroneKenner.nl works exclusively with suppliers who offer the highest degree of flexibility, care and reliability. Nowadays it is virtually impossible to keep every product in stock ourselves, and so we partly rely on our partners. Up-to-date stock information, fast response times in case of problems and very short delivery times. We link this to the information on our website, so "in stock" really means in stock. Unfortunately 100% error-free is impossible, but in that case we will work with our partners to find a fast and adequate solution. Promised!
