In the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany we ship orders from €49 for free.
For smaller orders we ask a contribution in the shipping costs of only € 4,95.
We use one flat shipping free for all shipments.
Letterbox packages are shipped with track & trace, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Shipment may be offered only once. Depending on the carrier, a new delivery attempt will take place or the package will be brought to a collection point.
If all products are in stock* and your order is paid before 10 p.m., it will be shipped the same day. In the Netherlands you almost always have it delivered the next day (except on Sundays and public holidays).

In the Netherlands, orders are usually delivered the next day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
In Belgium and (western) Germany, deliveries are usually made within 2 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
In eastern Germany, delivery is usually within 3 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Is it important that your order is delivered on time? Please contact us in advance.
Then we can estimate the risk in advance and take measures for the greatest chance of success.
Orders in our web shops are sent 6 days a week, from Sunday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders on the weekend are sent on Sunday evening.

Every order at Kenners is sent with a track & trace link that you can use to track shipping and delivery time. You will receive the track & tracke (link) by an e-mail from the carrier as soon as he has picked up the package at our warehouse.
The link usually only becomes active after the package has been processed in the first depot of the carrier (usually at night). The following morning, the track & trace link should display an active status. If this is not the case, it is best to contact us.
You have ordered and paid for your things, the money has already been taken, but you have not yet received confirmation of your order from us? That is of course not our intention. We send our confirmations automatically. In this article we explain what could have gone wrong (in Dutch language) and how we (or you ) can resolve this as quickly as possible.
Have you missed the delivery from the carrier? Do not panic! Open the track & trace link (that you have received from us) and calmly view the status. Most carriers offer possibilities to give a new delivery instruction or to deliver the package at a collection point in the neighborhood. Some carriers only make one delivery attempt and send the package directly to a collection point.
First contact customer service for the most accurate information and current options. You can find the contact options of the carrier on the track & trace page. Have the track & trace code in hand when you call the carrier or send an e-mail.
In Belgium and (western) Germany, you have to take into account a transport time of 2 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). In the eastern part of Germany, the delivery time can be up to 3-4 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays), depending on the distance and carrier (s). You always receive a track & trace link that you can use to follow the delivery.
We ship to a growing number of countries within Europe. For shipments outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany we charge shipping costs regardless of the order value (unless otherwise agreed). The shipping costs are automatically determined during the checkout process when you enter the delivery address (and country).

For delivery in the Netherlands, we automatically check whether the specified delivery address has been entered correctly (by postcode and house number). For all other countries (including Belgium and Germany) you are responsible for the accuracy of the data. If a shipment fails due to an incorrectly entered delivery address, we will again calculate shipping costs for the new shipment.
Orders from € 98 can be sent on request in a maximum of two partial deliveries.
We only split smaller orders to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany on request, with a shipping cost contribution of € 4.95. Other countries are not eligible for partial delivery.
We may not be able to process your request for partial delivery on time, particularly in the evenings, weekends and when it is very busy. Take this into account when ordering and paying for multiple products with different delivery times. You can always contact us in advance to discuss the options. We are always willing to help.
