We usually provide DJI Care Refresh digitally via email within a few hours. It may take a little longer just before or on the weekend. Please contact us if you are in a special hurry or if you would like to receive the code by post as a scratch card. Codes that you receive from us via e-mail are excluded from return.

Register within 48 hours after activation of the drone

Care Refresh must be activated within 48 hours of activation (first time power on and flying) of the aircraft. The first time you connect the drone and the DJI app you will be asked to activate the drone with your DJI account. After this you can only fly with the drone. From then on, you have 48 hours to activate Care Refresh according to our instructions you receive from us after purchase or via the link below.

DJI Care Refresh is ideal for both novice and experienced drone pilots. After all, an accident can happen in a small corner. With DJI Care Refresh you can always be sure that even the heaviest crash will fizzle out. In fact, you buy off 2 crashes with the certainty of a fixed low amount for repair. That flies very nicely!

Conditions DJI Care Refresh

• Losses are not covered

• Subscription duration: 2 years

• Number of replacements: 3

• Drone must be active for less than 48 hours.

• Note: Under Care Refresh, your drone will sometimes be replaced by a repaired model.
  You will then receive another drone with a different serial number. This can be a problem when your drone is registered with authorities.

Costs Care Refresh replacements

You initially pay for the Care Refresh service. After that, you pay a fixed low amount per crash with which you pay off the full damage and the drone is usually replaced. This means that the drone you get back is often another drone with a different serial number. This may result in you having to reapply for permits or pay an administration fee to change the serial number.

Pick-up and return of the drone are free (in country of purchase)

These amounts are apparently compared to the normal costs of a repair and, moreover, you usually fly again within one week!

Sending your DJI Care Refresh code

You will receive the code with manual by e-mail within a few hours during office hours. Digitally provided codes are not eligible for exchange or credit, so make sure you purchase the correct code for your drone. We clearly indicate the code for each drone, but if in doubt you can always contact us.

Returning care refresh codes is not possible!

When the code is sent by e-mail, it counts as a "digital product" and is therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal under Dutch law. DJI Care Refresh can only be returned in physical form (light blue box) with the packaging unopened and the scratch field completely intact.
